Jiffy Invoice is made by founder Roy van Oeteren and one small team. The company behind it is Unlimited Scalability LLC in Sheridan, Wyoming.
Who makes Jiffy
Roy comes from marketing. He built a marketing agency to 20 people and sold it. Then he grew a webshop to a million in revenue with Facebook ads.
Today he builds marketing systems that bring construction and renovation businesses new customers. More customers means more quotes and more invoices, and that is where he saw the problem Jiffy solves.
Good tradespeople and freelancers are great at the job itself. The paperwork comes after, at night or at the weekend. Invoices go out slowly, quotes wait for days, and the money comes in late. Not because the work was bad, but because the admin was slow.
Why Jiffy exists
An invoice should take as long as saying the job. You finish the work, you tell Jiffy what you did, and it is done. No evening behind the laptop.
A quote should not wait for days either. Your client signs it on the phone, while the job is still fresh. The invoice comes with a payment link, and your client pays by card or Apple Pay.
Tradespeople everywhere have the same problem, in every language. That is why Jiffy speaks 100 of them.
And Free stays free. Not a trial that runs out, but a plan you can keep.
How we build
Jiffy is made by one small team. We build the app and this site ourselves, both in 100 languages. A few rules we keep:
- Every speed claim is measured and published: every run, the slow ones too. See the proof
- You see prices in your own currency, the exact amount you pay.
- No ads, anywhere in Jiffy.
- Your data is never sold. Your clients and your numbers are yours.
