What an AI invoice generator does in Jiffy

Turn one sentence into an invoice
Open the assistant and type or say the job: “Invoice Harbour Café for two hours of design at 85 pounds an hour.” Jiffy finds the client, writes the line, applies your usual tax rate and shows you the draft. Add “and send it” and it is ready to go out after one tap.
It works in your own words and your own language, for quotes as well as invoices. Prefer to speak? That is voice invoicing, the same assistant with a mic.
Design an invoice template with AI
Pick a template and tell the AI what to change (“warmer colours, a serif heading, more room for my logo”), or describe something new and let it design one from scratch. You see the result before you keep it.
Only your business name, your design choices and your request go to the AI model for this. Never your clients and never your amounts. Each design job costs credits; Pro and Ultra include credits every month, and you can buy a pack when you need more. Rather browse? There are templates for every trade.
Scan receipts with AI
Take a photo of a receipt or pick a PDF. The AI reads the supplier, the date, the total and the tax, and you check the expense before it is saved. A scan costs 1 credit, and if the receipt cannot be read, you get the credit back. Before the first scan, Jiffy asks your permission to use AI.
Is an AI-made invoice safe to send?
Jiffy treats AI as a fast first draft, not as the one who decides. Everything that touches money or your client, like sending, reminding or marking as paid, waits for you. The invoice itself comes from the same numbering, tax and template rules as one you make by hand, so it looks exactly like the rest of your invoices.

No. Jiffy shows the draft and who gets it. Sending, reminding and marking as paid always wait for your tap.
Can the AI make a quote too?
Yes. Say or type “quote” instead of “invoice” and you get a quote your client can sign online. One tap turns it into an invoice later.
What does the AI see of my data?
For an invoice draft, the names of your clients and items, so it can match them. For template design, only your business name, design choices and request: no clients, no amounts.
