13 of them are: the 3 general and the 10 simple templates, on every plan, Free included. You can also fill them in without an account in the free invoice generator. The other 100 need Pro or Ultra.
Can I download a template as Word, Excel or PDF?
Not as an empty Word or Excel file. The 13 free templates you fill in online in the free invoice generator and save as a PDF, no account needed. The Pro and Ultra templates live in the Jiffy app: you fill in the invoice there, Jiffy adds up the lines, tax and totals and numbers it, and your client gets a PDF and a link.
Can I put my logo on a template?
Yes, on Pro and Ultra. You upload your logo once, pick one of 4 colour sets and can adjust the design. On Free a template stays as it is.
Do the templates work for quotes too?
Yes. Every template has a matching quote, and the email your client gets follows the same style.
In which language does my client see the invoice?
In the language you set for that client, from 100 languages. The previews on this page are in English.
Can I get a template no one else has?
