How to create an invoice by voice, on Ultra

Speech to invoice, in your own language
Your phone turns your words into text, in the language of your app. Jiffy reads that sentence and picks out the client, the work, the hours or quantity and the price. A client you already have gets their address and payment terms filled in for you.
Your client reads the invoice in their own language and currency. Jiffy writes invoices in 100 languages, right-to-left included, with your own tax rate on every line.
How fast is voice invoicing?
In our stopwatch test the invoice was sent 2.6 seconds after the sentence was done. That is the middle of 20 runs. We typed the sentence into the assistant for that test, so saying it adds the time it takes to speak, about 6.1 seconds for our sentence. Your connection and your phone add or save a little too.

More than new invoices: hands-free commands
The same mic runs the rest of your day. A few things you can say:
- “Quote for Juniper Bakery” starts a new quote for them.
- “New client Oakridge Dental” opens a new client card with the name filled in.
- “Remind Harbor Café” gets a reminder ready for their oldest open invoice. “Send reminders” does it for everyone who is late.
- “Mark invoice 42 as paid” opens the paid screen for that invoice.
- “Open reports” takes you straight there.
Voice or typing, you stay in control

Jiffy runs in the browser on any phone or computer. The mic works in Chrome, Edge and Safari; where a browser has no speech support, you type instead.
