- The engagement or project name, and the client’s reference or purchase order number.
- The period the invoice covers.
- Hours per activity, or the fixed fee or monthly retainer.
- The sessions held, for a coaching package.
- Expenses such as travel, on separate lines.
- Payment terms and your payment details.
