What a simple invoice needs
Simple does not mean something is missing. Check that yours has:
- The word “Invoice”, a unique number and the date.
- Who it is from and who it is for, with addresses.
- Each job or product on its own line, with quantity and price.
- Tax per line or in total, if you charge it.
- For regular work, such as cleaning, the dates or visits the invoice covers.
- The amount due, the due date and your payment details.
Choosing
Which simple template to pick
