- Price the second floor higher in the contract. Ladders and pole work take longer, and you carry the risk.
- Bill hard water treatment as a separate line. It is slow work and customers rarely expect it to be in the base price.
- Offer a quarterly or twice a year plan at the bottom of the invoice. Clean windows get dirty again, and you want to be the one they call.
- Send the invoice within the hour. Weather moves jobs around, and a same day invoice keeps cash coming in.
