对于你的账户和你自己的企业信息，我们是数据控制者。对于你在 Jiffy 中录入的客户信息，你是控制者，我们是你的处理者：我们仅为让应用为你正常运作而使用这些信息。

我们处理哪些数据

• 账户：你的姓名、电子邮箱和密码的哈希形式。如果你使用 Google 或 Apple 登录，它们会向我们提供你的姓名、电子邮箱和账户 ID。
• 你的企业：企业名称、地址、电话号码、商会注册号和增值税号、银行信息、Logo，以及你添加的签名。
• 你的客户：姓名、联系人、电子邮箱、电话号码、地址、商会注册号和增值税号。
• 发票和报价单：明细、金额、日期、备注、付款状态、客户是否以及何时查看过文件，以及客户接受报价单时使用的签名。
• 付款：当你的客户在线付款时，由 Stripe 处理付款。我们收到金额和状态，不会收到你客户的银行卡或银行信息。
• 订阅：你使用哪个套餐（Free、Pro 或 Ultra）以及有效期至何时。你的付款信息由 Stripe 保管。
• 设备：如果你开启通知，则包括推送令牌，以及你选择的语言。
• 技术数据：服务器日志中请求的 IP 地址和时间，以及来自应用的错误报告（错误文本、所在页面和应用版本，不含你文件的内容），用于保障服务安全并保持其正常运行。

麦克风和照片

当你使用语音指令时，由你手机的语音识别（Apple 或 Google）把你的声音转成文字。我们不会接收或存储音频；应用只使用文字来执行你的指令。

The app only opens your photos or your camera when you choose a logo or a receipt yourself. Only the image or pdf you pick is uploaded.

AI 设计

Four features in Jiffy send data to an AI service. This only happens after the owner or an admin of your company has given consent once (that consent covers all four and the whole company), and only at the moment you use the feature yourself:

• Design and templates with AI: your company name, the tagline, the choices of your design (colors, fonts, parts) and the text of your instruction, to a language model from Anthropic, a company in the United States. The previews are drawn with example data.
• Receipt scanning: the photo or pdf of the receipt, to a language model from Anthropic (see Receipt scanning below).
• Logo with AI: your company name, the tagline, the chosen style and colors and your own description, to an image model from OpenAI, a company in the United States.
• Spoken or typed commands (Ultra): the text of your command and the names of your clients (so the command reaches the right client), to a language model from Anthropic. A command the app understands by itself is not sent to the AI.

Amounts, invoice lines, documents and client contact details are never sent. With commands, only the client names are sent, plus whatever you say or type in your command yourself.

Anthropic and OpenAI do not use this data to train their models and keep it only briefly, under their terms for business customers, among other things to detect misuse. Because both process data in the United States, this is based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

For design and logos we keep your instruction and the answer (without client data) in a log, so credits can be given back if something fails and to prevent misuse. We do not keep commands.

You can withdraw the consent at any time in the app under More, Data to AI services (as owner or admin). After that nothing is sent to an AI service until consent is given again; the rest of Jiffy keeps working as usual.

Receipt scanning (Pro)

If you scan a receipt, we send the photo or pdf of that receipt to a language model from Anthropic, a company in the United States, which reads the vendor, date, amount, VAT and category from it. Nothing else is sent: no client data, invoices or company details. This only happens after you have given your consent once (the same consent as for the other AI features) and only at the moment you scan a receipt yourself.

The result is a proposal that you check first. If you save the cost, we keep the details and the receipt file in your account. The file is private: only members of your company can fetch it, and it is never on a public address. If you delete the cost or your account, the receipt is deleted too. If you do not save it, the uploaded receipt is not kept longer than necessary. The AI log only holds the type and size of the file and what it cost, not the receipt itself.

云存储（Ultra）

如果你连接 Google Drive 或 OneDrive，我们会把你已发送的发票和报价单（pdf）、已保存的收据以及导出文件的副本放到你自己的存储空间中，放在 Jiffy Invoice 文件夹或你自己选择的文件夹里。这些文件归你所有：我们不会留存它们，你也可以随时自行删除。

你只需在 Google 或 Microsoft 授权一次。使用 Google Drive 时，Jiffy 只能看到由 Jiffy 自己创建或由你指定的文件和文件夹，看不到你存储空间中的其他内容。使用 OneDrive 时，Jiffy 默认只能访问它自己的应用文件夹。我们在服务器上加密（AES-256）保存访问令牌，绝不显示，也不记录到日志中。

如果你自己在 OneDrive 中选择文件夹（“自己在你的 OneDrive 中选择一个文件夹”），Microsoft 会向你请求更广泛的权限：此时 Jiffy 将获得你 OneDrive 文件的读取和写入权限。Jiffy 只会写入你选择的文件夹，除了文件夹名称外不会读取你 OneDrive 中的任何其他内容，以便向你显示文件夹列表。你可以不做该选择重新连接，从而回到专属的应用文件夹。

你可以随时在“更多”中的“云存储”里断开连接。之后我们会撤销访问权限（在 Google 处）并删除该连接；已在你存储空间中的文件会保留在原处。你也可以在你的 Google 或 Microsoft 账户中撤销访问权限。

我们将数据用于什么

• 提供应用：创建发票和报价单、以 pdf 发送、跟踪付款并发送催款（履行我们与你之间的合同）。
• 保护你的账户并防止滥用（正当利益）。
• 履行法律义务，例如我们自己的记账。

我们不出售你的数据，不展示广告，也不会跨其他应用或网站追踪你。

使用情况统计

在应用和我们的网站 jiffy-invoice.com 上，我们从首次启动或首次访问起就会统计 Jiffy 的使用情况。为此，我们使用 PostHog（PostHog Inc.，美国）作为处理者。数据存储在美国。

因此，在应用、网页版应用和网站上，统计从你开始使用时就已开启，甚至早于你关闭提示之前；该提示会在你首次启动或首次访问时显示。如果你将其关闭，之后就不会再发送任何内容，我们也会删除统计工具存储在你设备上的内容；我们会把这一选择保存在你的设备上。对于你的客户打开的付款链接和报价单链接，我们从不进行统计。

我们统计的内容：

• 你查看了哪些页面或屏幕，以及接下来去了哪里；
• 点击、滚动，以及显示访问者点击位置的热力图；
• 你的会话录制，仅限网页端（网站和网页版应用）。所有文字和所有输入框都会被隐藏，因此永远无法看到姓名、金额和客户信息。在 iOS 和 Android 应用中，我们不进行任何录制，也不统计屏幕内容，只统计事件，例如你打开了哪个屏幕；
• 注册、取消（包括你选择的原因）以及选择套餐的各个步骤；
• 如果你已登录并表示同意：我们的服务器报告的少量事件，例如文档被发送、订阅开始或被取消，不含姓名、金额或电子邮箱地址；
• 页面加载速度以及技术数据，例如你的浏览器、设备和所在国家；
• 一个随机 ID，以及登录后一个不含姓名或电子邮箱地址的 ID，这样我们可以把一次访问和由此产生的账户视为同一个过程。

目的：了解 Jiffy 的使用情况并加以改进。在应用、网页版应用和网站上，我们基于改进产品的合法利益开启统计。你可以随时将其关闭：在网站上，通过页面底部的“数据分析设置”；在应用中，通过“更多”下的“使用情况统计”。关闭不会影响我们的服务。

保存期限：不超过 12 个月。

由于 PostHog 在美国处理数据，此项处理依据欧盟委员会的标准合同条款进行。

我们与谁共享数据

仅与帮助我们提供应用的各方共享，并且只共享他们所需的数据：

• Stripe：你的客户的在线付款，以及 Pro 和 Ultra 订阅。
• Resend：发送电子邮件，例如发票、催款和登录邮件。
• Anthropic: the language model behind AI design, receipt reading and commands, only after consent and when you use that feature yourself (see AI features).
• OpenAI: the image model behind the AI logo, only after consent and when you have a logo made with AI yourself (see AI features).
• Expo、Apple 和 Google：推送通知的投递。
• Sentry（Functional Software, Inc.，美国）：错误和崩溃报告。这些报告包含技术数据，例如错误信息、堆栈跟踪、设备类型、应用版本以及出错的页面，绝不包含你的发票、客户或公司的内容。
• Google 和 Apple：如果你使用它们的账户登录。
• Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive: only if you connect a cloud storage yourself, to place the copy in your own storage.
• 我们的托管服务提供商：运行应用和数据库的服务器。

我们的所在地是美国，其中一些方会在欧洲经济区之外处理数据。这是依据欧盟委员会的标准合同条款、充分性决定或 EU-US Data Privacy Framework（Sentry 已通过该框架认证）进行的。

你的客户会看到你发送的发票或报价单，包括其中你的公司信息。

我们保存多久

只要你的账户存在，我们就保存你的数据。当你删除账户时，我们会立即从应用中删除你的企业、客户、发票和报价单。备份会在此后 30 天内被覆盖。

注意：作为企业，你在荷兰必须自行保存记录七年。请在删除账户前先导出。

删除你的账户和数据

在应用中：进入“更多”，选择“删除账户”并确认。这在 iOS 应用、Android 应用和网页版中都可用。

如果这行不通，请用你账户的电子邮箱发邮件至 info@jiffy-invoice.com。我们将在 30 天内删除你的账户。

你的权利

你可以访问你的数据、要求更正或删除、带走数据，并反对或限制处理。大部分数据你可以在应用中自行更改；其他情况请给我们发邮件。

如果你有投诉，我们希望先听到。你也可以向荷兰数据保护机构（Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens）或你所在国家的主管机构提出投诉。

安全

与应用的连接是加密的。密码仅以哈希形式存储。只有因维护需要的人员才能访问服务器。

儿童

Jiffy Invoice 面向企业，不适用于 16 岁以下的儿童。

变更

当我们修改本政策时，会在此发布新版本并标明新日期。对于重大变更，我们会在应用中或通过电子邮件通知你。
